1. Scope of Services

1.1 AI Software Development Services

We provide bespoke AI software solutions tailored to client requirements. Engagement begins upon payment of a project fee. Due to resource commitment and customization effort, an initial non-refundable deposit is required. Clients may request scheduling adjustments or transfer project entitlement to another entity within 7 days of purchase without additional charge.

1.2 Digital Information Products

Our digital products include eBooks, video courses, and technical guides. Delivery occurs via secure download links. Users may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if less than 20% of the content has been accessed, submitted by contacting contact. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment channel within 5 business days of approval.

1.3 Physical Goods

Physical items such as hardware prototypes, development kits, or branded merchandise are shipped to the address provided. 2. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in the currency specified at checkout. Settlement of fees is due upon order confirmation. We accept major electronic payment methods as displayed on our site. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension or cancellation of services or orders.

3. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

3.1 General Guidelines

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing via contact. We evaluate each case individually and may require supporting documentation or evidence of product return.

3.2 AI Software Development Services

The initial deposit is non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation. Final payments for milestone-based work are refundable only if we fail to deliver agreed features by the specified milestone date. In such cases, unreimbursed fees will be credited toward future services or reimbursed to the original payment source within 10 business days of agreement.

3.3 Digital Information Products

Eligible digital product reimbursements are issued when less than 20% of content is accessed within 14 days of delivery. Once granted, we process funds back to the original channel within 5 business days. After 20% content access or 14 days, purchases are final.

3.4 Physical Goods

For physical items in original condition, we reimburse shipping costs incurred by AIDevMakersPro. Once received and inspected, we issue reimbursement via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

3.5 No-Reimbursement Services

Certain premium consultation sessions or rapid-deployment packages require confirmed resource reservation. These services are explicitly non-reimbursable upon purchase. This policy is in place to ensure dedicated scheduling and expert availability for your engagement.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at AIDevMakersPro.com. Continued use after modifications signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
